Returned items must be undamaged and have their original tags attached.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item you received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Please contact us before sending your return. Returns sent without prior authorization may result in delays in processing.
We are happy to offer exchanges for a different size or color of the same style, subject to availability.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will arrange shipment of the replacement item as soon as possible.

Final sale or clearance items
Underwear and intimate apparel for hygiene reasons
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution. When a return is required, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
