Returns

• You may return most items within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

• To initiate a return, please contact our support team at info@imilybela.com with your order number and reason for return.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Exchanges

• We gladly offer exchanges for items of the same style or size, subject to availability.

• To request an exchange, please contact us at info@imilybela.com and include your order number and desired replacement item.

• Once your original item is received and inspected, we will ship your exchange promptly.

• Underwear and intimate apparel for hygiene reasons

Damaged or Incorrect Items

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a prepaid return label and ensure you receive the correct item as quickly as possible.

Note: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item.
